Qtyline is a done-for-you quantity takeoff service for US specialty contractors — drywall, paint, flooring, roofing, and insulation. You send a plan PDF; trained estimators return Excel quantities and a marked PDF in 24 US business hours for $199 per trade.

Qtyline is operated by Leadomator LLC · Wyoming, USA. The same company operates leadomator.com. Invoices are issued by Leadomator LLC DBA Qtyline.

Who does the takeoffs

Takeoffs are completed by trained estimators. We do not invent named “team photos” or celebrity estimators — the work is counted by people who know how to read specialty-trade plans, then checked before delivery.

Who it is for

Specialty shops that bid regularly and need finished counts — not GC multi-trade estimating software. If you need software seats or full mechanical/electrical takeoffs, Qtyline is the wrong product.

Accuracy

If a counted quantity is off by more than 8% versus a documented re-measure you provide for the same scope, we redo that trade once at no charge.
